Refund and Shipping Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from our online store. However ,if you need to return any item for any reason, please follow these guidelines:


  • To initiate a return, please email us at within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned within 15 calendar days of receipt in original condition. Please follow all included care instructions prior to return.

  • For hygiene reasons, items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned.


  • You may request a refund or exchange the item for a replacement. If replacing with an identical item, please allow 2-3 weeks for us to produce it specially for you.

  • To request a refund, email us at with photos of any damage or defects.

  • We will confirm return details within 24 business hours and notify you once we have received and processed the return.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Timing depends on the policies of the payment provider.

  • We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Shipping Policy

For in-stock items, we ship via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground, whichever is the most cost-effective option to get your order to you timely.

For quilts, afghans, and custom orders over $75, we send via insured delivery, so additional charges may apply. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, except for quilts and afghans.
For those items, we will email you the shipping quote after packing the order, then send a PayPal invoice for the shipping cost. You can pay this invoice with any major credit card.
Our standard shipping rates are:

  • Continental US: $8.95.
  • Express 2-Day: $20.
  • International/Hawaii/Alaska/Canada: $20 minimum.

Please contact us if you are outside the continental US and would like to place an order.

In-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. For custom orders, we will provide an estimated completion and ship date after order placement.

We are unable to refund original shipping fees unless due to our error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective. Please use a trackable shipping method for any returns.
